Our Audit Committee has established procedures for the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints or concerns by employees or individuals outside the Company, regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters at Neoleukin Therapeutics, Inc.

Any person with a concern or complaint regarding the above matters may submit his or her concern by one of the following methods, on a confidential and anonymous basis, through a third party hotline service that reports directly to our Lead Independent Director, a member of the Audit Committee:

When you send a message using the above methods, you will receive back a 14-16 digit code that can be used to access the status of your message and any further communication in the case that more information is needed to facilitate the investigation.

Communications are distributed to the Board of Directors, or to any individual directors as appropriate, depending on the facts and circumstances outlined in the communication. In that regard, the Board of Directors has requested that certain items that are unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Board should be excluded, such as:

• Product complaints
• Product inquiries
• New product suggestions
• Resumes and other forms of job inquiries
• Surveys
• Business solicitations or advertisements
